Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the XingTaiHUB website and services. By registering an account, purchasing memberships and using our design resources, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
 

1. Service Introduction

XingTaiHUB provides users with paid membership services, including download access to icons, posters, UI/UX templates, editable design source files, team collaboration tools and other supporting design utilities. All services are for personal and commercial use within the scope of the corresponding license.
 

2. User Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian to use our services. You agree to use our website and resources in compliance with all applicable US federal and state laws. You shall not use our services for illegal, pornographic, violent, fraudulent or infringing activities.
 

3. Account & Membership Rules

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, username and password. All activities conducted under your account shall be your sole responsibility.
  2. One account shall only be used by your own team. Account sharing, resale, rental or transfer to unrelated third parties is prohibited.
  3. After purchasing a membership, the service period will start immediately upon activation. We will not pause or extend the membership period for personal reasons.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage License

  1. All design resources including icons, posters, UI/UX templates, source files and tools on XingTaiHUB are protected by copyright laws.
  2. Different membership plans correspond to different usage licenses. You can use downloaded resources for personal and commercial projects within the licensed scope.
  3. You are not allowed to repackage, redistribute, resell, rent or share our original design resources as standalone products without our written authorization.
  4. We are not responsible for any copyright disputes arising from your secondary creation, modification or commercial use beyond the licensed scope.

5. Service Limitation & Liability Exemption

  1. We guarantee the normal operation of website and services, but do not guarantee that all design resources fully meet your subjective aesthetic expectations.
  2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by your improper use of our resources, account leakage, network failure or force majeure events.
  3. We reserve the right to update, adjust or optimize design resources, functions and service rules without prior notice.

6. Service Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and membership service immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Service, relevant laws or intellectual property regulations.
 

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
