This Refund Policy applies to all membership plans and related services purchased on XingTaiHUB, including monthly, semi-annual, annual and lifetime memberships. All rules follow US consumer protection laws.
1. Eligible for Full Refund
You may apply for a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment under the following conditions:
- We fail to activate your membership and you have not downloaded any design resources or used any paid functions.
- The service cannot be normally provided due to our official technical faults or system errors.
- Duplicate payment caused by website system malfunction.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will be denied in the following cases:
- Your membership has been activated, or you have downloaded any design assets, used paid tools or team collaboration functions.
- You voluntarily cancel the membership or abandon the service for personal reasons.
- The membership period has expired, or you have used the service for more than 7 days after activation.
- For lifetime membership: Once the account is activated and resources are accessed, no refund will be offered.
- Partial usage, dissatisfaction with design styles or individual aesthetic preferences are not valid reasons for refunds.
3. Partial Refund
Partial refund is only available for ongoing orders caused by our unilateral service suspension. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual unused service period. We do not support partial refunds for actively used memberships.
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund application is approved, the fund will be returned to your original payment channel within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment provider.
5. Final Interpretation
XingTaiHUB reserves the final interpretation of this Refund Policy. All disputes shall be settled in accordance with local US laws.
